Born and raised in St. Petersburg (Russia), Anastasia Dukhanina is one of the finest young Russian painters.

From 2003-2010 she attended the Repin Academy of Fine Arts, Russia. She graduated with an MFA in studio art and easel painting. From 1998-2002 she also attended Saint-Petersburg Art College, Russia where she graduated as Interior designer. From 1990-98 she not only attended high School but simultaneously studied painting at an art school in St. Petersburg.

A member of the St. Petersburg Artist Union and the group Realism Without Borders, she paints mostly en plein air and, with her easel, catches the mood and the beauty of the modern life around her. She has been invited to do group shows in Switzerland, USA, South Korea, China, Italy, and Hungary.
