Lutskevich was born on September 9, 1934 in Kirovograd. In 1959 he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Art, where he studied under G. Melikhova, V. Puzyrkov and Grigoriev, 1965 – Workshops at the USSR Academy (class of M. Deregus). Member of the Union of Artists. Since 1959 he has participated in art exhibitions. By genre paintings, portraits, landscapes.

Born September 9, 1934 in Kirovograd in the artist’s family. During his studies in the circle of fine arts in Kirovograd Palace of Pioneers learned from Honored Artist of Ukraine Boris Mikhailovich Vintenko.

From 1951 to 1953 he studied at the Kiev Art School. Taras Shevchenko. Graduated with a gold medal and entered the Kiev State Art Institute, where he studied with G. and B. Melikhova Puzyrkov. Graduated in 1959, began to participate in art exhibitions.

In 1959-1962, he taught drawing and painting at the Kiev College of Applied Arts and drawing.

In 1962-1965 he continued his studies in creative workshops USSR Academy of Arts in Kiev, under the leadership of SA Grigorieva (workshop of Deregus).

Since 1966 – member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.

Died in 2001. He was buried in Kiev Lukyanovsky military cemetery.

Lutskevich YP worked in the field of easel painting, drawing. Author genre scenes, portraits, urban landscapes, including the cycle of paintings devoted to Kiev, the cities of Western Europe.

master’s works are kept in museums, galleries and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Poland, Croatia, England, France, Denmark, Portugal, the United States and other countries, as well as in Kirovograd Regional Art Museum.
